Experience Sponsorships are a great way for you to engage with the local community and support the Festival at Sandpoint and our non-profit mission and vision. By becoming a sponsor, you have access to customizable ticketing, VIP experiences, and more. Please feel free to reach out to our office if you have any questions or would like to become an Experience Sponsor of our Summer Performance Series.

If you are interested in an in-kind donation, underwriting a performance, or a donation over $25,000, please contact our office at (208) 265-4554 or finance@festivalatsandpoint.com. *Benefits associated with in-kind donations are agreed upon on a case-by-case basis and may not be entitled to a dollar-for-dollar benefit, as cash contribution benefits listed below.

All donation amounts qualify for early admission through the Sponsor Gate, Reserved Sponsor Seating Access, one signed Fine Arts Poster, a name listing on our website and Digital Program, and an invite to our Sponsor Appreciation & Poster Unveiling event in July.

All contributions, selections, and deliverables are due by July 1, 2024.

Donate early to guarantee tickets. The Festival at Sandpoint cannot guarantee Sponsor tickets for sold-out shows or for performances that have reached legal capacity.

Benefit Definitions

    • As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, donations are subject to receive tax deductible amounts based on donation values and goods and services received by the donor from the organization. Feel free to contact our office for an estimate of a tax deduction. At the end of the Festival at Sandpoint’s fiscal year, we will finalize these values and input them to your donor profile. A tax letter will be sent to you via email.

    • As a Sponsor of our summer concert series, you will have access to the Sponsor Gate located on the street side of the venue (see venue map here)

    • This gate opens 15 minutes prior to the General Admission and Season Pass Gates and is limited to Sponsors only, allowing for quick and easy entry to our venue

    • As always, sponsors can enter through all open admission gates.

    • As a Sponsor of our Summer Series, you will have access to our reserved seating areas at the venue (see venue maps here)

    • To access this area, show Front Gate your Sponsor Ticket upon entry, and they will give you a wristband for access that night.

    • Wristbands will change each night, so please be sure to get a new one from our Front Gate crew each night.

    • This seating area is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • You will receive 10% off additional tickets purchased for the current year’s Summer Performance Series while supplies last.

    • Ticket quantities per sponsor and per show are limited based upon sponsorship tier.

    • These tickets are General Admission and do not have access to the Sponsor Reserved Seating Area or the Sponsor Gate.

    • To purchase discounted tickets, please contact the Festival at Sandpoint office at (208) 265-4554.

    • A blanket and 6 chairs are reserved at your preferred location for the performance(s) of choice.

    • Only one blanket placement per performance.

    • All guests must have valid tickets to be granted entry.

    • One parking spot will be reserved for one vehicle at the venue for the show(s) of choice.

    • Subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Festival at Sandpoint’s fiscal year runs from October 1st through September 30th each year. To receive donation benefits, we recommend donating after October 1 and before July 1. Some benefits are subject to performance sell-outs and reservation availability. Please be sure to donate early to better guarantee benefits.

  • Unfortunately, Sponsor Tickets and wristbands are not sold individually and we are unable to upgrade General Admission Tickets to Sponsor Tickets.

  • The Sponsor Appreciation Event is an annual event to highlight and appreciate our season sponsors. The event includes complimentary food and drinks and tends to happen in July. An invitation with full details will be sent via email and/or mail prior to the event to current contributing season sponsors. For more information and details, please contact our office.

  • The Sponsor Reserved Seating Area is meant as a convenience to our Sponsors, however, Sponsors can sit wherever they choose whether it’s in the Reserved Seating Area, the short/low lawn chair seating area, the tall/high lawn chair seating area, the grandstands, or in the dance/standing area.

  • Out of courtesy to other Sponsors, we request that you please do not reserve seats in the Sponsor Reserved Seating Area.

  • Once you have made and communicated your ticket selections, we cannot change the ticket reservations. If you have yet to make your selection, please make your selection before July 1. To ensure ticket availability, it is recommended to make selection sooner than later
