Enjoy the music and fun of the Festival while giving back to a local nonprofit and your community.
This historic event would not be possible without over 300 volunteers who donate thousands of hours of their time summer after summer. Thank you to our community for continually showing up and supporting this nonprofit tradition.
Volunteer Departments
Admissions
Roles may include:
Greeting and answering guest questions
Directing lines
Scanning tickets
Great for extroverts who enjoy people and helping.
Green Team
Role will include managing trash and recycling.
Great for introverts and those looking to help keep the Summer Series clean and green!
Merchandise
Help sell Festival at Sandpoint or artist merchandise. Role will include:
Checking out customers using a Square or AtVenu POS
Assisting customers with item and size selection
Restocking inventory in booth as needed
Great for people with retail or cashier experience.
Bar
Roles may include:
Bartending
Checking IDs
Great for people with experience working in bars or with alcohol service.
Chair rental
Roles may include:
Selling chairs during the performance
Collecting and washing chairs after the performance
Selling is great for extroverts, while collecting is great for introverts who don’t mind later hours.
Box office
Roles may include:
Selling tickets
Assisting guests with tickets or questions
Great for extroverts and quick learners. Requires the ability to use a computer and type.

Role will include pouring at our Cheers! Beer & Wine Tasting event before the Grand Finale performance on Sunday, August 9 from 5 PM - 7 PM.
