Tickets are automatically delivered 5 days prior to the specific concert at 6 PM PT to the email address used to purchase.
If it is within the five-day window and after 6 PM PT and you still have not received your ticket, visit etix.com/ticket/resend to look up your order and resend the ticket email.
Still not finding them? Visit the venue box office at 801 Ontario St from 4 PM - 9 PM on days with concerts.

The box office is located at the venue (War Memorial Field, 801 Ontario St) next to the front gate and is open from 4 PM - 9 PM on concert days.
*Please note that our regular office location will be closed until August 11. Visit us at the box office instead!
