Park for free at our parking lot located at 410 S. Division and use our free shuttle service to and from the venue.

Limited first-come, first-served ADA parking is available with an ADA placard or license plate. ADA Parking is located on Ontario Street on the side opposite/across the street from the Front Gate (801 Ontario St).

The Festival at Sandpoint is a General Admission (GA) venue, meaning that seating is "first-come, first-served.”

There are three GA seating areas that guests can choose from:

• Short Chair + Blanket Seating

  • Chairs must have back legs that are 4 inches or less.

• Tall Chair + Blanket Seating

• Grandstand Seating

Non-GA seating includes areas reserved for ADA and areas reserved for Sponsors.

Guests can bring their own chairs and blankets. Blankets must be 8 ft x 8 ft or less. Short and tall chairs are also available to rent inside the venue.

Guests who plan to sit in the grandstands, are also free to bring a stadium chair if they wish.

There are GA Dance / Standing Areas at all concerts.

• A standard show has a GA dance/standing area in the middle close to the stage with short and tall lawn chair seating to the sides.

• A seated show has GA short chair/blanket seating in the middle section close to the stage with tall lawn chair seating behind it. Dancing areas can be to the left and right sides of the stage.

We are a cashless venue. Credit, debit, and/or contactless payment (Apple Pay, etc.) are the only accepted forms of payment.

Visit Festival Street located inside the venue behind the grandstands, where our 10+ vendors are serving food and beverages.

Quench your thirst at any of our three on-site bars serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests over 21.

• Our Two Grab & Go Bars serve canned drinks, wine by the glass, and non-alcoholic drinks.

• Our Full-Service Bar serves cocktails, beer on tap, premium wines, wine by the glass, canned drinks, and non-alcoholic drinks.

Outside liquids are prohibited. Empty water bottles are encouraged, with free water filling stations available throughout the venue.

Outside food and soft-sided coolers are allowed! Please note: glass, hard-sided coolers, and rolling coolers are prohibited.

Smoking and vaping are only allowed in the designated area. (Venue Map).

The use of marijuana and/or other illegal drugs is prohibited.

Lost and found at the venue is located at the Front Gate of the venue. After each concert, items are taken to the Festival office at 525 Pine St. and held until September 1.

If you need additional time entering the venue, you and one other member of your party are allowed into the venue 10 minutes before the gates open. Please arrive at least 25 minutes prior to Early Entry gates opening. You must be seated in the ADA seating area (see Venue Map) in the grandstands and are not allowed to move closer until all gates have been open for 10 minutes. Please see the front gate upon arrival, and an usher will help you locate this section. (See our ADA Page)

Yes, the Festival at Sandpoint allows service animals trained for persons with disabilities in the venue.

Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability.

No guest shall bring any animal, bird, fowl, fish, reptile, and/or any pet of any kind onto the premises at any time.

Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not allowed as they are not considered service animals under the ADA.

These terms are used to describe animals that provide comfort just by being with a person. Because they have not been trained to perform a specific job or task, they do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
