VENUE POLICIES
At the Festival at Sandpoint, we strive to provide all our guests with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere and implement industry safety standards by observing the policies below.
Please note that security measures, policies, and procedures are subject to change at the artist's discretion.

Empty 32oz (or less) water bottles are encouraged. Free refillable water stations will be available throughout the venue.
No glass (no exceptions)
Outside food is allowed
On-site bars will service beer, wine, and cocktails for guests over 21 to purchase inside the venue.
Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase.

There will be no re-entry to the venue once guests have entered and scanned their tickets. If a guest leaves the venue, they will not be allowed to enter again that night. Refunds and exchanges will not be given to individuals who leave and attempt to come back.

We are sorry, but ticket exchanges, replacements, and refunds are not allowed.
If you opted in to print your tickets, you may reprint or scan them on a smartphone.

Tickets purchased anywhere other than our site are not guaranteed. Beware of fake tickets, reprinted tickets, or other scams.

Some shows have age restrictions for entry. Please check event listing, and ticket site for specific age restrictions for individual performances.

No pets, except for service animals trained for persons with disabilities.
Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability.
The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability.
No guest shall bring any animal, bird, fowl, fish, reptile, and/or any pet of any kind onto the premises at any time.
No guest shall bring any emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals onto the premises at any time, as they are not considered service animals under the ADA.

Please note that there will be security checkpoints at all entrances. We aim to get you through quickly, so the less you bring, the faster we can get you in to enjoy your show.
There will be no re-entry to the venue once individuals enter the venue. Refunds will not be granted to individuals who leave the venue after entering for the night. Please prepare to remain in the venue after you have entered and until you are ready to leave.
The Festival at Sandpoint is not responsible for storing, holding, or replacing any prohibited items. For a full list of prohibited items, see list below.
Wagons, strollers, and rolling coolers are not permitted in the venue.
Dogs and pets are not allowed at the venue. If you have a service dog, please call our office for details about admittance.
Weapons are not allowed in the venue. Prior to check-in, please ensure you do not have any weapons on you, in your bags, or concealed. If you choose not to comply with any of the above limitations, you may be escorted off the premises or asked to return without the above limitations. Refunds will not be issued for individuals who do not comply with these policies.

Code of Conduct
The Festival at Sandpoint is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and fun experience for every one of our guests.
These actions can get you removed and/or banned from the venue:
Irresponsible or unsafe use of alcohol and/or drugs
Accessing restricted areas without proper credentials
Taunting, abusive, or offensive language
Obscene or offensive gestures, including the use of obscene or offensive gestures through imagery or symbolism, including banners, signs, and other means of visual propaganda
Possession/use/sale of illegal drugs
Public urination or defecation (outside of a proper and/or public restroom)
Fighting or engaging in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten, or bring discomfort to anyone
Damage, destruction, vandalism, or theft of any property
Participating in any activity that humiliates anyone or insults their human dignity
Fraudulently claiming a disability or abusing ADA services
Any individual who violates this Code of Conduct may be IMMEDIATELY removed from the venue without refund. Law enforcement may be notified.
