AMBER REMILLARD

Amber Remillard has deep family roots in Bonner County. She grew up attending the Festival Summer Series and is proud to be raising her children in the community, where her family continues to enjoy and support the festival offerings.

After growing up throughout Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho, she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Washington and earned a master’s degree from California Lutheran University. Amber then lived and worked throughout the country, including in Philadelphia, PA, Upstate New York, and the San Francisco Bay Area, before returning to Sandpoint in 2018.

Amber brings more than 20 years of experience in risk management, strategic development, nonprofit leadership, and marketing to her work with the board. She currently holds an executive role within the commercial arm of CSAA Insurance Group, where she leads the development and implementation of insurance solutions nationwide, with a focus on growth, risk management, and regulatory strategy.

Her professional background is complemented by longstanding involvement with not-for-profit organizations and public institutions. She has served on the boards of Thrivent Financial–Northeast New York Chapter and The Anchor (food pantry and community service org), as a consultant for several county youth service coalitions, and as a Fire Services Chaplain for Rensselaer County, NY.

Amber is excited to deepen her involvement with the festival. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the natural beauty of the Sandpoint area.
