Guestss entering through the Sponsor Gate with Sponsor Tickets have access to an exclusive reserved seating area (see venue maps here).

• Guests will receive a wristband that will grant access to the reserved seating area.

• Wristbands change for each performance.

• Reserved seating area is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

As an advertising sponsor, your contribution will receive a more substantial digital presence than the standard sponsor listing. This may include your logo, a brief company description, website link, and approved call-to-action on our annual Digital Program and Sponsors & Donors web page.

All experience sponsorships qualify for exclusive ticket presale access that allows you to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the general public!

Each year, the Festival highlights a local artist's work through our annual Poster Contest.

• Sponsors are eligible to receive one signed copy of the current year’s poster after it has been unveiled.

• Posters are available at the merchandise booth at the Summer Series and the Festival office.

A guaranteed sponsor-recognition placement on a social media post and/or story through a Festival social media channel.

Quantity is determined by sponsorship level. Content, timing, channel, creative format, and editorial voice remain subject to Festival approval.

Advertising sponsors contributing $20,000 or more are eligible for a substantive storytelling feature highlighting the sponsor, its relationship with the Festival, and/or its community connection.

This is in addition to guaranteed social posts and stories. Festival will select the most appropriate channel, which may include email, website, or social media.

Advertising sponsors contributing $20,000 or more are eligible to access a dedicated expedited entry lane throughout the evening, including after all gates are open.

This is different from the early admission included with a sponsor ticket.

Advertising sponsors contributing $20,000 or more are eligible for logo inclusion in designated recurring Festival communication footers, which may include the website, emails, lineup posters, and other materials identified by the Festival.

Advertising sponsors contributing $30,000 or more are eligible for an approved on-site space where the sponsor may engage directly with Festival guests through a booth, display, giveaway, demonstration, interactive experience, or other FAS-approved activation.

Advertising sponsors contributing $30,000 or more are eligible to work with the Festival on a customized partnership beyond the standard benefit grid.

Potential elements may include category exclusivity, presenting rights, branded guest amenities, custom content, special programs, enhanced activation, or other mutually agreed opportunities.
