Ben Higgs

Ben moved to Sandpoint in 2007 with a pretty straightforward goal: become the perfect ski bum. After a few years of trying, he eventually transitioned into life as a business owner. These days, he and his wife Jeannie co-own Powder Hound Pizza and Ponderosa Management LLC, where they specialize in HOA management and consulting. 

He is a big believer in the "work hard, play hard" mentality and in giving back to the community that makes this lifestyle possible. He’s honored to serve as the Board President for the Festival at Sandpoint, and still pulls shifts as a ski patroller at Schweitzer during the winter.

When he’s not in a board meeting or at the shop, he’s usually on his mountain bike, gravel bike, or spending as much time as possible outdoors with Jeannie and their two kids. He has a genuine passion for live music, good food, and making sure the Festival remains a world-class experience for North Idaho.
